Terms and Conditions of Autosouk


Please note that these terms and conditions govern the use of the Autosouk platform ("Platform"), provided by Autosouk ("Company"), and apply to all users ("Users") accessing or utilizing the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. It is recommended to read the following provisions carefully.


1. User Agreement


1.1 Acceptance: By accessing or using the Platform, Users acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Use of Platform

By submitting content, Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.


2.5 Third-Party Services: The Platform may contain links or integrate with third-party services. The Company is not responsible for the content or services provided by such third parties, and Users acknowledge and agree that their use of third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions of those services.


3. Intellectual Property Rights


3.1 Ownership: The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all associated intellectual property rights. Users acknowledge that they do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Platform.


3.2 User Content: Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the Platform. However, by submitting content, Users grant the Company a license to use the content as described in Section 2.4.


3.3 Trademarks: Autosouk and its associated logos are trademarks owned by the Company. Users agree not to use the Company's trademarks without obtaining prior written permission.


4. Limitation of Liability


4.1 Disclaimer: The Company provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.


4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Lebanese law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


5.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.


5.2 Dispute Resolution:


5.2.1 Mediation: In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through mediation. The mediation process shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures agreed upon by the parties or, in the absence of an agreement, as determined by the mediator.


5.2.2 Jurisdiction: If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the parties agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Lebanon.


5.2.3 Language: All communications, proceedings, and documentation related to any dispute resolution shall be conducted in the English language.


6. Modifications and Updates


6.1 Amendments: The Company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the terms and conditions before using the Platform.


6.2 Continued Use: By continuing to access or use the Platform after any modifications or updates to these terms and conditions, Users acknowledge and agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.


These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Users and the Company regarding the use of the Autosouk Platform. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

This Returns & Exchanges policy outlines the guidelines for returning and exchanging products purchased through our platform. Please read the following information carefully.

2.5 Shipping Charges: If the product is being returned due to a supplier error (e.g., incorrect description, not as described), the supplier will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return. However, if the return is due to customer preference or non-defective reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
